Principal's Background

David A Summers, founder and principal of Judgment Resolution, has extensive experience in judgment recovery, managing businesses, commercial real estate and receiverships for corporations and individuals. In addition to being a court appointed receiver in the Northern California Bay Area and surrounding County Superior Courts, he has had numerous appointments as Bankruptcy Trustee and Examiner and Chief Executive, Operation and Financial Officer for Chapter 11 Bankruptcies in the Northern and Eastern California Federal Court Districts.

He has been appointed as a Special Master and was Chairman of the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the North American Car Corporation bankruptcy.

He received his Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and holds a California Certified Public Accountant's license (inactive).
