Can't I recover my own judgment?

I have a judgment awarded in one state against a debtor who resides in another state. Can you help?

Yes. You will need to get a “Sister State” judgment and have your judgment domesticated in the state in which the debtor resides. This is not a complicated process. Domestication papers need to be filed and fees to be paid. Contact us to discuss how we can be of assistance.
